EVERY LUCCA LUC PIECE IS HANDMADE AND THEREFORE SHOULD BE USED AND TREATED WITH CARE.
OUR JEWELRY IS MADE OF DIFFERENT METALS THAT  CAN TARNISH OVER TIME, WE ASK OF YOU TO PLEASE AVOID HARSH LIQUIDS, HUMIDITY, PERFUMES, AS WELL AS REMOVING  YOUR JEWELRY BEFORE BATHING OR SWIMMING.
OUR JEWLERY CAN BE EASILY BE CLEANED, JUST PERIODICALLY USE A POLISHING CLOTH OR STANDARD JEWELRY POLISH.
PLEASE NOT THAT OUR PIECES ARE MADE HANDMADE BY ARTISANS IN MEXICO CITY, WE DO NOT MASS PRODUCE AND THAT IS WHY EVERY PIECES HAS ITS OWN PERSONALITY, WHAT MY LOOK AS A DEFECT IS JUST ITS NATURAL FINISH.

WE USUALLY SEND YOU A QUOTE OF THE FINAL PRICE WITH SHIPPING SINCE THERE CAN BE  AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ORDERS FOR SPECIFIC TERRITORIES.

ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED WITH “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” AND MAY BE LEFT AT A RESIDENCE DEEMED SAFE BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY.  LUCCA LU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR LIABILITY OR DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM LEAVING YOUR PACKAGE AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHOUT A SIGNATURE. WE ARE PLEASED TO ACCEPT TIMELY RETURNS OF NEW AND UNUSED PRODUCTS WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER. YOUR PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INCLUDING ANY BOXES, AND OTHER SIGNATURE PACKAGING MATERIALS.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. FOR ALL REPAIR INQUIRIES PLEASE CONTACT@LUCCALUC.COM INCLUDE PROOF OF PURCHASE, A PICTURE OF THE ITEM AND YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ASSIST YOU. ONCE THE REPAIR IS APPROVED WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION.
RETURNS CAN BE REFUNDED AS LUCCA LUC CREDITS OR TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT INFORMATION.PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

UNFORTUANLETY ANY RETURNED PRODUCTS WHICH ARE DAMAGED, DO NOT INCLUDE THE PACKAGING MATERIALS, OR ALTERED MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED AND INSPECTED.

LATE RETURNS
ANY PRODUCT RETURNED OUTSIDE OF THE 15-DAY RETURN POLICY ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF LUCCA LUC, AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED OR ONLY ACCEPTED FOR AN CREDITS.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
PRODUCTS THAT ARE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR BECOME DAMAGED BY A MANUFACTURING FAULT WITHIN NINETY (90) DAYS OF PURCHASE ARE CONSIDERED DAMGED PRODUCTS. ITEMS THAT BECOME DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE DAMAGED. LUCCA LUC WILL DETERMINE, WHETHER THE DAMAGE IS AS A RESULT OF NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR SOME OTHER REASON.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS WILL BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED, WHERE POSSIBLE AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. WHERE POSSIBLE WE WILL OFFER TO REPAIR THE DAMAGED ITEM. IF A PRODUCT CANNOT BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND WITHIN THE NINETY (90) DAY PERIOD. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ROUND TRIP SHIPPING FEES.
